one simple breathing technique you can use to calm your day
We all know breathing is the central grounding focus for meditation and calm.
And we all know how to breathe.
Problem is, when we get stressed, we don't notice how shallow or ragged our breathing can become.
This technique uses counting to slow and smooth the breath.
Breathe in for a count of four - hold for a count of five - breathe out to a count of six.
If this is not available to you when you first try, start with a lower count- for example, 3-4-5.
